Spares Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Vehicle Parts Specialist to join our team at Transcomm Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to identify their spares requirements, sourcing and supplying parts efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with clients to understand their commercial vehicle spares needs
• Sourcing and procuring high-quality parts from reputable suppliers
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales, and inventory management
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client queries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and systems
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant industry experience, preferably in a commercial vehicle or automotive spares sector
• Degree-level qualification in a related field, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Automotive Engineering

Location and Salary:

This exciting opportunity is based in Reading, offering a competitive salary range of £28k - £30k per annum, depending on experience.
