Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Payment Governance Risk Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payments and cash management, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping us develop and implement effective payment governance policies and controls to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.

About the Role

This is a highly regarded and respected role within our organization, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective payment governance policies and controls to minimize risk and maximize efficiency
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to develop and implement effective payment governance solutions
  • Identify and mitigate payment risk through the active monitoring of critical transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business managers and external industry bodies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a governance, assurance, risk, compliance or audit role, preferably within a payments related function
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
