Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Covent Garden Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Le Labo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales through suggestive selling and upselling techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and cosmetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be expected to maintain a high level of sales productivity, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of high-end beauty brands, including Estee Lauder, and receive comprehensive training on our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, trends, and brands

• Drive sales through suggestive selling and upselling techniques, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue

• Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and store

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, supporting a positive and supportive team environment

• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing and engaging store environment

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer information

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting sales targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong interest in staying up-to-date on new products and trends

• Ability to maintain a high level of sales productivity, meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
