Job Summary

We are looking for an Outdoor Adventure Leader to join our team at Dorset Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading outdoor activities and supporting conservation efforts in our parks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading group sessions and workshops
  • Developing and implementing new ideas for outdoor activities
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Conducting safety checks and facility inspections

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
