Job Description:
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies for future technical developments and manage computer systems.
  • Technical expertise: Stay up-to-date with innovative technology and drive systems development.
  • Security: Oversee the security of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Policy implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective use of IT.
  • Troubleshooting: Respond to fault reports or urgent issues and deal with consequences.
  • Hardware installation: Install desktop, server, network, and multimedia hardware and software.
  • Procedures establishment: Establish procedures for reporting faults and providing feedback on progress.
  • SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT
  • Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks of software and hardware.
  • Monitoring: Monitor servers and networks.
  • Printer fleet management.
  • User enrollment and archiving.
  • System backup.
