About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Connect Plus Services. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex highway and technology projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and designers.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring effective commercial management and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and address project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project governance procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the highways and transportation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PRINCE2 and APMP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, including CDM and NEC.
