About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced teaching assistant to join our team and support the development of a learner in a primary school setting. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to individuals and small groups.

Job Description:

  • Support pupils' learning across various subjects
  • Assist teachers in classroom activities
  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to pupils' social and emotional development

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience working with children, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience and the ability to motivate young learners, flexibility to work across different year groups, and a commitment to supporting pupils' diverse needs.
