Deputy Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Room Leader to join our team at Work With Kids, a well-established and respected Montessori day nursery in Notting Hill, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take on a senior role within our nursery, working closely with our team to provide high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the designated room, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Lead a team of practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent standards of care and education.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities and games for children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any important events or changes within the nursery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
  • Experience working in a senior nursery position, preferably with Montessori training.
