Key Responsibilities

As a talented Applications Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to the integration's teams, handling tasks like BAU, new builds, and project work.

You will also be the point of escalation for customer issues, working closely with local and centralised support teams to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.

Requirements
  • Strong experience with Linux operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • Experience with web servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx
  • Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms
  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra)
  • Proven 3rd Line Support experience
