Paid Search Campaign Manager

WeAreAspire is a leading global media agency seeking an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to join their London office. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities- Develop account strategies in partnership with clients and PPC directors, ensuring the execution of strategy and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms.
- Own and manage client strategies, planning key campaign efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
- Manage day-to-day efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Foster strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
- Plan accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with Account Directors. The role involves building strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 and international search engines a plus.
- Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
- Previous line management experience.
