Theoretical Knowledge Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join our team at CAE. As a leading global provider of civil aviation training, we offer comprehensive theoretical knowledge instruction to prepare students for their future careers in the airlines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in up to three chosen ATPL(A) EASA and UK CAA examination subjects. You will instill best practice and discipline in the classroom, ensuring our students receive first-class theoretical knowledge instruction.
Key Responsibilities:- Instruct specialist Ground Training subjects to standards in line with specified timeframes
- Plan and prepare lesson plans for all relevant subjects taught using appropriate teaching methods
- Monitor student progress and address any issues through additional tutorials or advice as required
- Meet instructional standards at each standardisation review
- Administer and maintain accurate student reports, assessments, and records
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in aviation, preferably with instructor or teaching experience. Prior experience delivering training across areas such as GNav, Air Law, Comms, AGK, Principles of Flight, and Radio Navigation would be desirable.
You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style where necessary to present technical information in an engaging way. A positive attitude, motivational, inspirational, and fun approach to training is essential.

Salary and BenefitsThis full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of approximately £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
