About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Audi MOT Tester to join our client's team in Cannock. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing MOT tests on various vehicles, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive MOT tests on vehicles, recording and reporting test results accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Assist with general maintenance and repairs as needed, contributing to the overall success of the workshop.

Requirements:

  • Valid MOT Testing License (Class 4 and 7)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience holding a minimum of Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Repair
  • Proven track record of successful vehicle diagnostics and repairs
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
