This role is based in Swindon.
About the RoleWe are the nation's Archive of England's historic environment. Our team is responsible for curating a dynamic collection that tells the story of the shared memories and lived histories of places in England.
Main Responsibilities- To contribute to the better understanding of our collections - what we hold, its copyright and condition - and ensure that the content and assets are shared in accessible, inspiring and engaging ways with a diverse range of audiences.
- To work closely with the Digital Preservation Officer and the Archive Resources and External Acquisitions Officer to ensure the overall management of material into the Archive follows agreed guidelines and is appropriately documented.
You will be the lead for accessions of internally generated material. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
