At KM Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Leadership and Management Assessor to join our team. As a specialist recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors, we are committed to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to our clients.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Leadership and Management / Operations Departmental Manager Level 5. The successful candidate will hold a recognised Assessor award, such as D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA, and possess occupational competency within Management. Additionally, they will have a good level of ICT skills and be confident in supporting learners with Maths and English Functional Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Standard. They will also deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2. As part of the Higher Apprenticeship delivery, they will conduct study group and 1-1 sessions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. They will also be flexible with travel and able to conduct online remote assessments, as well as face-to-face assessments when required.
What We Offer:
We offer an excellent salary of circa £35,000, depending on skills and experience. Our package includes excellent holiday entitlement, mileage, pension, and more. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a great opportunity for career advancement in a dynamic and supportive environment.
