As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing quotations and order processing, and supporting the business development team with various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries and provide expert advice on collections
  • Prepare and process quotations and orders
  • Keep the CRM system updated with essential details on trade accounts
  • Follow up with clients and conduct account check-ins
  • Host showroom visitors and ensure the showroom is always in excellent condition
  • Manage the sampling process for clients
  • Create engaging content for social media
  • Support the business development team with various initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and administration within interior design or luxury goods

What We Offer
