Job Description

We are recruiting a Field Operations Specialist to work across various locations. As a Field Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, removal, and repair work in commercial and residential buildings.

You will represent our company in a professional manner, demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with customers, and ensure the van is equipped, clean, and serviced.

Main Tasks:
  1. Represent the company professionally in all interactions
  2. Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills when interacting with customers
  3. Carry out maintenance, removal, and repair work in commercial and residential buildings
  4. Attend daily toolbox talks to ensure health and safety concerns are addressed
  5. Maintain the van's cleanliness and functionality
  6. Provide regular updates to customers
  7. Source equipment and materials in a timely manner
  8. Ensure accurate documentation and billing procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid UK manual driving license
  • Background in labouring, construction, or technical roles with willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Good manual dexterity and computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication and organisational abilities
  • Willingness to travel across the region and occasionally stay away from home
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Permanent position with 39 hours per week plus overtime

Salary Information:

£26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on location
