About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team at STR Group. As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in any market
  • Strong business acumen and commercial outlook
  • Proven financial performance in either contract or permanent recruitment
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to think outside of the box
