Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Your key responsibilities will include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence in everything you do. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prides yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing. You will be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and be willing to participate in on-call rotas.
