Job Description: As a Medical & Surgical Procurement Manager, you will oversee a small but dynamic team and take the lead in driving procurement activities to ensure the supply of high-quality products and services. Your expertise in medical or surgical procurement will be crucial as you develop and implement cost-effective strategies, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation. You'll also be responsible for identifying efficiencies, driving cost savings, and fostering continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement activities within the medical and surgical sector, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved procurement efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with relevant public sector procurement regulations.

  • Proven experience in medical or surgical procurement.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and processes.
