Our client, a reputable law firm in Devon, is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team in either Totnes or Kingsbridge. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for litigation and a desire to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, property disputes, and contentious probate cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, statements of case, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation and strong knowledge and experience in contract disputes, personal injury, property disputes, and contentious probate. A commitment to delivering high-quality legal service with a client-focused mindset is essential.
