Vehicular Rescue Specialist

Igloo is seeking an experienced recovery driver to join their team in Rainham. As a Recovery Driver, you will play a key role in providing a reliable, efficient, and courteous service.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will assist in the efficient and safe recovery of vehicles across London using recovery vehicles and equipment. They will adhere strictly to safety standards and regulations, provide a professional service with clients and customers, and complete thorough inspections of recovered vehicles.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a recovery or tow truck driver, hold a full Motorcycle license, and possess a current Driver CPC. They should also have a digital tachograph card and knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques and equipment. Additionally, they must uphold a high standard of safety and professionalism in all recovery operations and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
Successful candidates will receive a salary of £39,060 per annum, 25 days holiday, a pension scheme, healthcare scheme, uniform, and mobile phone provided. They will also have the opportunity to gain Category CE status through training.
