We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes, supporting them with their daily routines and complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to clients with complex needs, including peg feeding, medication administration, and oxygen therapy.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients and their families, promoting a sense of security and well-being.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new care initiatives and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
