About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at CHANGE-IT CONSULTING LTD. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Maintain and improve your understanding of major areas of analysis and statistics, including tools such as MySQL, Excel, VBA, and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with technical and non-technical staff at all levels to understand and interpret analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards that report outcomes of reviews.
  • Reporting: Maintain, develop, and be responsible for key reporting streams used both internally and externally.
  • Summary Reporting: Work on the creation and maintenance of summary reports that highlight patient care delivered by our clinical pharmacists.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Good experience with using a spreadsheet software tool (such as Excel & VBA), a relational database system (MySQL), and an interactive dashboard software (preferably Tableau).
  • Skills: Good experience with MySQL, and knowledge of advanced database functions.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience providing customer support and administration for web-applications, and knowledge or experience of the healthcare industry (preferably long-term conditions).
