DS Bus Lines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Safety Director to join our team.

As a key member of our safety leadership team, you will be responsible for championing and implementing our Safety Program across multiple locations.

Your expertise in managing DOT, DMV, and other regulated safety/training programs will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and safety performance standards are achieved and upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement safety programs to reduce vehicle crashes and work-related injuries
* Conduct on-site and virtual inspections, audits, and reporting responsibilities
* Collaborate with location leadership to resolve complex safety and training processes
* Analyze current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in critical thinking and safety management
* Significant experience in commercial passenger transportation safety, education, and training
* Proven track record of providing effective safety leadership to multiple locations
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and transportation-related software
