Executive Chef Coordinator

Aston Villa Football Club, in partnership with Compass UK & Ireland, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary team at the state-of-the-art training ground. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing high-quality meals tailored to the dietary needs of professional athletes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of nutritious meals, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate on creating diverse and balanced menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- A proven track record in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for cooking and commitment to culinary excellence, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Benefits and Salary: We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
