Senior Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic in-house team at QED Legal.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to work on a variety of interesting and challenging commercial cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial outlook and be able to provide expert advice on commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including sponsorship and partnership agreements, data agreements, supply agreements, and IT contracts.
  • Leading and supporting the department on other legal matters.
  • Working in a reputable law firm or successful in-house legal department.
  • Providing a commercial / business-focused approach to work.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have approximately 2-4 years' PQE experience. However, we are happy to consider applications from strong newly qualified solicitors who can demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge.

Salary Estimate: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
