Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Software Developer with strong proficiency in .NET, Python, and Java to lead our team of software developers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to a team of 3-5 software developers.
  2. Collaborate with the Director of Software Development to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across Python, Java, and Angular JS for a new unique ID platform.
  4. Collaborate with the development team to plan, design, and execute software solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
  5. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications written in .NET.
  7. Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications.
  8. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  9. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in .NET, Python, and Java development.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  3. 2+ years of experience leading a small team of software developers.
  4. Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong portfolio in .NET, Python, and Java projects.
  5. Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
  6. Familiarity with the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  7. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  8. Web technologies (e.g., Angular JS).
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  10. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Certifications in .NET, Python, or Java.
  2. Unique ID Management platform experience.
  3. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
