We are seeking highly motivated engineering students to participate in a training internship at SoftInWay Inc., a fast-paced, internationally growing organization with a start-up culture.

This role involves participating in a wide range of consulting projects, including the design, analysis, and optimization of turbomachinery components.

  • Hands-on experience in real consulting projects
  • Past record of hiring interns for full-time positions

Support the global team on all steps of the turbomachinery design and analysis process, including developing test cases and performing validation using in-house software AxSTREAM and AxCYCLE.

Attend onsite/online training classes to sharpen turbomachinery fundamental skills and improve software proficiency.

Develop and deliver software demonstrations to prospects and current clients.

Masters in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related science required. Recent graduates with a GPA > 3 are preferred.
