Commercial Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of commercial insurance policies, including new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.

You will work closely with clients and insurers to provide excellent customer service and ensure that policies are tailored to meet their needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your insurance knowledge and grow within a business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with commercial insurance policies, including new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals
  • Liaising with clients and insurers to provide excellent customer service
  • Working closely with experienced account handlers to get up to speed with day-to-day tasks and assist with queries
  • Meeting FCA regulations and basic insurance principles
  • Working within a team environment and as an individual

Requirements:

  • Experience within the insurance industry dealing with commercial lines policies
  • Proven customer service skills within a business-to-business environment
  • Organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and basic insurance principles
  • Ability to work within a team environment and as an individual
  • CII Qualifications are desirable
