Band 7 Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a specialist in musculoskeletal care, you will be responsible for managing a full range of MSK pathologies and developing and applying advanced clinical reasoning skills.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a specialist physiotherapist in MSK outpatient conditions and manage patients referred to the Healthshare clinics for assessment, clinical diagnosis, and management.
- Assist in clinical audits of the Service and contribute to the development of the service in conjunction with the Physiotherapy Management Team.
- Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior and senior staff.
- Provide expert clinical leadership for the physiotherapists within the team, playing a key role in ensuring that a high standard of physiotherapy is provided for patients, including those with complex multi-pathologies.
