We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Michelle Waterworth Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for senior leadership roles, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, VPs, and other key executives.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the Engineering, FMCG, and food & beverage industries.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use your extensive network and market knowledge to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Competitive Salary: £60k per annum, plus uncapped commission structure.
