About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Recruiting: Utilize various methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and candidate placement rates.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree-educated or equivalent commercial office experience.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
