Retail Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Speaking Retail Account Manager to join our team at Harbourne Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with top sports retailers across Germany.
Your focus will be on driving distribution and volume of our sports clothing range, significantly increasing market presence and the brand's footprint through both retention of existing and acquisition of new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealing with head offices and regional independent members.
- Drive sales through strong cross-functional collaboration and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements effectively.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and Leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for market growth.
- Proven track record of market development, ideally within the sporting goods or premium brands sector.
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office and excellent administration skills.
- All business travel expenses covered.
