Internal Business Development Professional

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a skilled Internal Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through telemarketing outreach.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the Kitchen, Bedroom, and Furniture industries to introduce the company's innovative solutions
- Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and offer relevant solutions that align with the company's product offerings
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to create interest and awareness of the company's solutions
- Data Management: Accurately document all lead interactions, ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date and leads are effectively followed up on
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to enhance outreach effectiveness
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for outbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a telemarketing or inside sales role, preferably within B2B industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to articulate the value of products and services, aligning them with customer needs
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
