Assistant F&B Cost Controller

At The Londoner, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Cost Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in controlling and reconciling food and beverage costs, ensuring compliance with our company standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile food and beverage costs, analyzing requisitions, controls, margins, and sales targets.
- Ensure orders are based on usage, stock turnover, and Cost of Sales Budgetary limits.
- Verify Food and Beverage Invoices, Delivery Notes, and Requisition Notes for compliance with our procedures.
- Assist the F&B Cost Controller in daily input of invoices, purchase orders, and requisition notes, producing management information for informed decision-making.
- Three years' experience in food and beverage stock unit management.
- Demonstrable personal achievement with proven management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Client-focused approach to work.
- IT literate.
