Job Summary:
This role involves handling goods, preparing orders, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, packing and preparing orders, and conducting regular stock checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles and storage areas.
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch to customers.
- Conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, to optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including potential shifts and overtime.
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum based on experience.
