Job Title: Market Change Lead

About the Role

The Market Change Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage. This role will focus on preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leverage a Change Management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

About the Team

You will be part of the UK&I 'Change' team, which connects people across the business to focus on delivering the right projects, in the best way, to achieve our business goals. This team proactively and independently challenges and innovates, working diligently to improve the way we work and deliver change as a business.

In this role, you will also have a dotted line into a Global Change Team, which is accountable for the full Global Finance Modernisation Programme, of which the UK&I is one market. This team will lead the Global Change methodology, for which you will localize for the UK&I.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to succinctly articulate a complex topic to audiences who are not subject matter experts
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, up to and including exec level
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
