Automated Warehouse Technologist

We are looking for an Automated Warehouse Technologist to join our team in Erith. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated Customer Fulfilment Centre.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver pre-planned and reactive maintenance within the CFC, working at height and using a variety of access equipment. You will diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolve issues in a timely manner, and complete repairs where possible.

You will also be responsible for handling the Computerised Maintenance Management System, maintaining accurate data records to meet Engineering KPIs, and supporting the Engineering team in analysing engineering failures and finding solutions to improve Mechanical Handling Equipment performance.

This role requires a good technical understanding of automation hardware and software, with hands-on experience working with PLCs, SCADA, and conveyor systems. Organised and meticulous, you are a natural problem solver with great analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
