Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team in Exeter. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users while developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with physical and learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driving license (due to service user requirements)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
