Electrical Shift Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Shift Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional building services provision in a commercial, occupied environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with the client Facilities Management Team.
  • Monitor and report on building performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing modifications to minimize energy consumption.
  • Contribute to regular and exception reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Manage incident response and completion of associated forms, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the building layout, functions, and complexities.
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 2&3 and AM2 or equivalent.
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Regulations.
  • Experience with LV switchgear, HV generation and control systems.
  • HV & LV Authorized Person.
  • A proven track record in building maintenance.
  • Good Leadership & Management skills.
  • Safe systems of Work Procedure - PTW, RAMS experience.
  • Health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
