Job Title: Consultant Clinical Oncologist

Salary: £92,000 to £110,000 dependant on experience + employee benefits

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented oncologist to work in a hospital that prioritizes patient care and staff development. You will have the chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment plans and make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
  • Treat patients with radiation therapy (for Clinical Oncologists only).
  • Provide ongoing care and support to patients in stable and unstable conditions.

Requirements:

  • Hold full GMC registration and be on the Specialist Register (or within 6 months of obtaining this).
  • Have relevant experience at Consultant level or references to support your transition up to Consultant level.
  • Empathy, understanding, and a flexible attitude.
