Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the care home.
  • Plan and coordinate rotas to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
