This is a rewarding opportunity to join The Growth Company's Education and Skills team as a Skills Development Coach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering classroom-based accredited qualifications to Greater Manchester residents. Your role will involve carrying out initial and on-going assessment to ensure students are on the right programme and receiving the appropriate level of support. You will also prepare learners to successfully undertake assignments or sit tests/exams to maintain high success rates.

Job Description:
As a Skills Development Coach, you will be responsible for delivering classroom-based / accredited qualification entry 3 and level 2 to Greater Manchester (GM) residents (learners) of up to 12-15 people. You will carry out initial and on-going assessment to ensure students are on the right programme and receiving the right level of support. You will also prepare learners to successfully undertake assignments or sit tests/exams to maintain high success rates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver classroom-based / accredited qualification entry 3 and level 2 to Greater Manchester (GM) residents (learners) of up to 12-15 people.
* Carry out initial and on-going assessment to ensure students are on the right programme and receiving the right level of support.
* Prepare learners to successfully undertake assignments or sit tests/exams to maintain high success rates.
* Mark/assess students' work, provide structured feedback, and set development objectives for learners.

About You:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual with a passion for education. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver high-quality training to our learners. The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Benefits include further training opportunities and agile working hours.
