Exciting Opportunity for Multi Traders

TXM Recruit is proud to partner with a leading organisation on a prestigious project in Derby and surrounding areas. We are seeking experienced Multi Traders to join a dynamic team working on a long-term social housing contract.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilise a handheld device to inspect jobs and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades-related repair requests.
  • Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including:
  • General property maintenance.
  • Mould removal and stain blocking.
  • Removal and replacement of loft insulation.
  • Cleaning gutters.
  • Installation of new silicone in bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Replacing kitchen units and doors.
  • Tiling.
  • Installing panel boards in bathrooms.
  • Vinyl flooring installation.
  • Skirting board installation.
  • Decorating.
  • Plastering, including skimming walls and ceilings.
Requirements:
  • NVQ trade qualification(s).
  • Multi trade experience.
  • Full current driving licence.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Pay: £180 per day (CIS).

Benefits: Van and tools provided.
