About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, delivering excellent service, and contributing to the success of our stores. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets, provide expert advice on our services, and maintain a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contribute to sales targets by promoting our services and products, and providing expert advice to customers
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
