Job Responsibilities- Document complex uses of the Reputation platform at a client project level to ensure seamless support and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with IT teams, including DevOps, Engineering, and client and third-party vendors, at a technical level.
- Collaborate with technical account management, support, and engineering teams to articulate and resolve issues.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of solution deployments and customer satisfaction, focusing on the Solution Architect Team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in working with APIs, file-based integrations, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with MongoDB, Java, SQL, and JSON.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite and Google tools.
