Key Responsibilities

  • Provide housing management advice and litigation in areas such as ASB possession claims, unauthorised subletting claims, and leasehold disputes.
  • Support the development and implementation of housing management policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the housing management team to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Conduct complex or defended rent arrears possession claims and other multi-ground possession claims.
  • Provide general advisory work on housing management and related issues.
