Job Summary

Cryers Lettings is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our residential lettings team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in the property industry and become a skilled lettings professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress them through to exchange and completion

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a target-driven mindset
  • Able to generate new business and provide outstanding customer care
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
