About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at & Other Stories. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
