This is a permanent role, offering a competitive hourly rate of 11.60. Please note that sponsorship is not available.

• To work collaboratively with the Manager and Senior Support Workers in supporting young adults to progress positively through encouragement, understanding, care, and patience.

• Right to work in the UK

• Experience working with Autistic adults (training provided)
• High level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
• Good physical fitness to participate in activities as part of agreed programs
• Clean driving license (advantageous)

• 6 weeks (including bank holidays) paid holiday increasing to 8 weeks
